Achieve the budgeted sales and profitability targets
· Take up Warranty issues as and when required
Conduct daily review with Supervisor on the following issues and take appropriate actions as required:
o Number of Vehicles IN
o Number of Vehicles OUT
o WIP
o Delays in Service (Review & Action)
· Establish appointment and work scheduling systems and train personnel in their use
· Maintain dealership equipment in an effective and safe working condition
· Establish equipment maintenance schedules and advise management of equipment needs to improve productivity, efficiency and quality of repairs
· Arrange for procurement of Special Tools as required
· Communicate and implement After sales Customer Satisfaction Standards to all service personnel and monitor results
· Provide a customer record and follow-up system to resolve customer complaints and build loyal clientele for the dealership.
· Implement effective advertising and marketing programs to increase the traffic count and sales per repair order
