Reporting to The MD and the regional CFO you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Finance and administration Team.
 
Responsible for, but not limited to:
Finance:
• Management accounts, forecasts and budgets.
• Overseeing the accounting process, systems and internal controls.
• Ensures efficient and effective management of Business Unit’s finances through all necessary financial controls, systems and processes and ensures accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records.
• Manages the delivery of various financial operations activities for the Business Units and ensures that these are in line group’s processes, guidelines and standards defined.
• Provides guidance and advice, related to the management of cash flow, cost controls and expenses for different departments of the Business Units identifying potential financial opportunities and weaknesses and recommending corrective actions.
• Monitors financial performance versus the budget and forecasts e.g. the operational budget, etc. to ensure awareness of anticipated costs/revenues, excesses/deficits, areas of unsatisfactory performance and potential performance improvement opportunities.
• Proactively exploring and making recommendations for cost reduction, improving collaboration and sharing best practice.
• Preparation and analysis of the monthly report / other adhoc reports.
• Prepare group monthly report and consolidation packages.
• Actively support the ME team by providing relevant analysis.
• Prepare weekly revenue forecasting.
• Liaising with auditors to ensure full process and legislative compliance is achieved.
• Insure entity compliance with local tax regulation.
• Prepare periodic reports for entities’ partners.
• Oversee and control invoicing and cash collection.
HR & Admin
• Recruiting staff, including developing job descriptions and person specifications, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Establish a culture of professionalism and accuracy in all office activities
• Interpreting and advising on employment law
• Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
• Oversee the payroll and other benefits and compensations
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office administratively by providing support to the Admin Assistants
