- Frame strategic plans and budgets identifying the business & market trends for a long term business result.
- Design & Execute marketing and commercial activities, such as pricing, product mix, promotions, advertising and sales targets to achieve profit, sales and new vehicles market share targets.
- Design and monitor implementation of sales and delivery process and grooming of the sales teams in order to maximize the conversion of potential customers to sales.
- Implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) measuring different methods to increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure achievement of the target customer satisfaction index by resolving customer grievance and maintaining business integrity.
- Ensure proper maintenance and space allocation in showrooms and reconditioning center by displaying appropriate vehicle model mix, colors and categories along with accessories.
- Identify objectives and KPIs, review the performance and potential of staff and make/approve decisions relating to appointment and termination, promotions and salary adjustments, disciplinary action, succession planning and development plans.
