Job Description:
The new incumbent will be responsible for:
- Procurement of both engineering and non-engineering items.
- Import and Export Activities
- Handling job contract related to maintenance activities.
- Arrangement of Repair of Materials (outside & inside plant)
- Follow up and expediting to ensure timely delivery.
- Insurance settlement.
- Maintaining records in SAP.
- IMS Activities
The new incumbent shall have knowledge of:
- Products used in Chemical / Petrochemical plant
Both Domestic Procurement and Import
Custom Clearance, Freight Forwarding, Insurance
Various Commercial Aspects e.g. Incoterms, Payment Terms etc.
- Statutory Requirements for job contracts
- Standard Agreements / Contracts
- MS office, SAP, IMS (preferred)
- Logistics & Transportation
The new incumbent shall have ability / skill of:
- Communication with suppliers, contractors
- Negotiation
- Follow up and expediting
- Presentation
- Working in TEAM
