JOB REQUIREMENT:-
• Increase number of new accounts which is annually determined in all the sectors - construction, Industry, transport and Power
• Manage the debtors collections in order to maintain effective debtor management and improve debtor days
• Ensuring on-time delivery of invoices to all of our customers to avoid stop-supply to any customer due to late invoice delivery.
• Ensure all HSE requirements, policies, standards, procedures and guidelines are implemented and complied by all stakeholders
• Develop information to be incorporated into the commercial marketing and business plans as per the company strategy.
• Develop annual sales strategy and the budget requirements for commercial department.
• Effectively handle the bunker business in all ports of Oman, and also to have proper handling of accounts and timely payments and delivery.
• Develop bunker business strategy to increase business throughout the ports, and proper coordination with port authorities.
• Have coordination with Orpic authorities to have proper reconciliation of business done in the month.
• Ensure all stakeholders are provided and working within safe working environment
• Ensuring the best service is received by all customers and no customer is lost due to low service level from our end
• Handling and resolving all customer complaints and enquiries including and billing issues.
• To engage and support the implementation of the Commercial Team two thousand, twentyone Strategy to differentiate itself in
1) Delivery efficiency
2) Technology
3) Strategic Partnership.
4) Segmentation
