- Prepare market perceptions, develop market survey on consumer demand with proper analysis.
- Develop a program and concept plan for each potential projects.
- Identify, evaluate and assist with negotiating for the mega proposal.
- Assist the project design with the concern department.
- Prepare & recommend to LM the projects capital and operating cost budgets.
- Propose the best fit investment model to develop mega projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and designers to follow up the projects progress with (weekly/ Monthly) report for the mega projects.
- Manage & supervise the relationship with the concern authorities to secure approvals of the mega projects as per the approved OOMCO (5) years strategy business plan.
