The Project Manager responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Responsible for timely delivery of engineering, materials, construction and commissioning within the approved cost.
• Single point co-coordinator between various functions i.e. engineering, supply chain, construction, commissioning, risk engineering and operations for complete execution of projects from concept to closeout.
• Engage other functional teams (Subsurface, Operations etc.,) while developing concept scope of work.
• Prepare work scope of work, cost estimates and scheduling for projects.
• Prepare project charter, economic analysis and viability in support of projects to secure Management approvals.
• Prepare project execution strategy for engineering, procurement and construction
• Establish expenditure outlooks for the project(s) and review and report monthly value of work done.
• Co-ordinate with engineering and construction departments to award respective scopes, and be responsible for timely deliverance of Engineering work packs.
• Work with supply chain for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Conduct periodic site meetings with field construction, commissioning and Operations team to monitor site progress and resolve any issues arising in the project.
• Responsible for organizing design review, constructability review and risk reviews for the project and responsible to close-out the action points from these reviews.
• Responsible for submission and acceptance of STOMP & Final FTI documentation.
• Facilitate Vendor training to field operators.
• Develop the skills of other project engineers.
• Responsible for material reconciliation after project completion.
• Responsible for project closeout in the system
