General Requirements
We are looking for applicants with vast experience in the sales and marketing of our type of products and services, able and willing to learn and to adapt to specific work in our company. The candidates preferred to have experience in our specific brands, e.g. ARCEN, Liebherr, Cuoghi batching plants or Asphalt plant and Crushers other brands.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information is a must. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies, all connected to excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge.
