Job Purpose:
The job holder is responsible for providing a consolidated approach to the Heavy Equipment & Interparts which spans the Parts, Sales and Service functions to achieve profitability targets.
Responsibilities:
• Coaches and Develops the Management team to maintain, coach, develop and ensure understanding of all direct reports on all aspects of the business
• Conducts Team Meetings
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely reports.
• Maintains quality stock control, Equipment & Impartments movements in and out of the business whilst minimising costs and risks.
• Stock Management and full compliance with Bank regulations.
• Responsible for managing and controlling three functional areas of the Heavy Equipments & Interparts business unit to ensure sales and customer service target achievement.
• Strategically influence the customer and build lasting relationships.
Qualification:
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant technical or business discipline.
• Post Graduate or MBA is added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years experience in the Heavy Equipment & Interparts.
