Job Purpose:
The job holder is responsible for providing a consolidated approach to the Heavy Equipment & Interparts which spans the Parts, Sales and Service functions to achieve profitability targets.
Responsibilities:
Coaches and Develops the Management team to maintain, coach, develop and ensure understanding of all direct reports on all aspects of the business
Conducts Team Meetings
Ensure complete, accurate and timely reports.
Maintains quality stock control, Equipment & Impartments movements in and out of the business whilst minimising costs and risks.
Stock Management and full compliance with Bank regulations.
Responsible for managing and controlling three functional areas of the Heavy Equipments & Interparts business unit to ensure sales and customer service target achievement.
Strategically influence the customer and build lasting relationships.
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant technical or business discipline.
Post Graduate or MBA is added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years experience in the Heavy Equipment & Interparts.
