A western upstream oil and gas company is seeking a Finance Executive (cost controller) with at least two years' experience in the oil and gas industry
Job responsibilities;
• Compile reporting to Head Office, partners and Ministry of Oil and gas
• Monitor expenditure from a cost control perspective in line with budgets and AFE
• Ensure that invoices are paid in line with the contractual arrangements
• Operate the online banking system
• Post entries in the SAP accounting system
Desired skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Experience with an ERP system with the preference of SAP
• Very good MS office skills especially excel
• Ability to learn quickly
*The position is open to Omanis only.
