Job Description:-
• Ensure the execution of strategy and Vison of the Company.
• Administer and ensure the smooth overall operation of the company.
• Have direct reporting of QA/QC activities to ensure complete focus and emphasis on high quality.
• Reviewing and updating health and Safety policies and ensuring they are observed
• Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
• Following up the actual production of products and ascertaining their matching with the specifications as provided in the approved contracts.
• Providing leadership and motivation
• Ensuring short term operational and financial goals are set and achieved.
• Build and protect the companys Brand and reputation.
Skills:-
Excellent Communication,people skills,Extensive knowledge of Oman markets and networks.
