Purpose:



- Manage the overall Brand/Division budget and ensures meeting the same through achievement of sales targets and working within the expenses (as per the budget.)


Summary of the Job Role:



- Responsible for all aspects related to Brand/Divisions.
- Sales Management.
- Customer Management.
-Relationship Management & Training Management.
- Management administration of the Division and staff.
- Deliver on the revenue and profitability targets.


Authorities:


- Expenses: Authorize expenses for the Division as per the budget parameters.
-Purchase orders: Approved local purchase orders required.
- Marketing Promotion Materials.
- People: Hire & Recruit.
- Financial: Sign off on Financial.


Key Responsibility Areas:


-Participate in company strategic planning and implement strategic goals and objectives.
-Implement programs that include marketing, sales, purchasing and distribution.
-Prepare budget and sales forecast with Directors.
-Review Financial and Operating Reports.
-Manage all departments in daily basis.
-Manage the day-to-day activities, overseeing that work is accomplished by the managers and supervisors, and that is consistent with corporate policies and objectives.
-Oversee that the inventory management is consistent with sales, cash flow, and financial goals.
-Oversee sales, delivery, distribution, pricing, accounting and customer service.
-Conduct regular staff meeting.
-Resolve important customer complaints and service problems.


- Follow company policies and procedures.


-Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecast to achieve company objectives for products and services.
-Develops and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
-Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to present standards and industry and economic trends.
-Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
-Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationship and negotiating and closing deals.
-Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
-Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans determine, effectiveness.


-Ensure client and vendor integrity (documents, analytical information where required, communication notations, etc.)


-Maintain general oversight and insure accuracy of records including inventory.
-Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Director and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting progress on plans.
-Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans.
-Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
