They are active in 6 countries in Middle East with multiple locations. They are highly recognized for using the most advanced, proven, non-invasive medical and aesthetic technologies.
They are hiring Assistant Branch Managers for their clinics in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customer;
• Provide quality and exceptionally services to customers;
• Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment for employees;
• Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch;
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently;
• Communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Support sales promotion activities including promotional campaigns, micro-marketing events, and trade shows
