Roles and Responsibilities
1. Customer and internal communication management.
2. Ability to Lead team and perform team management.
3. Supervision and quality inspection for transmission equipment installation.
4. Transmission equipment commissioning and acceptance test with customer.
5. New software release update and implementation, including MSTP & WDM & U2000 product.
6. Carry out hardware and software expansion/faults for the existing operational network.
7. Equipment database information collecting and escalation for troubleshooting.
8. Depend on the design requirement, perform the network change, including MSTP & WDM network.
9. Services Provisioning for customer requirement from MSTP and WDM nodes.
10. U2000 license update from contract.
11. Ability to perfom complex Cutovers .
12. Ability to lead team of Subcontractors for Project execution.
13. Site technical document making and updating.
