Leading FM company is looking for a Commercial Manager, experienced in Facility Management, to be based in Muscat, Oman.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you shall be responsible for (inclusive but not limited to)
• Leading the commercial and contractual aspects of FM
• Preparing and issuing Contract correspondence
• Preparation, monitoring and updating of Variation schedule
• Preparation and review of Order of Costs
• Materials on Site assessments and reconciliation
• Financial Reporting
• Liaison with Consulting Engineer and Employer’s Representatives wherever required
• Review of Contractor’s Cost Proposals.
• Agreement of Re-measurement methods
• Payment Recommendation of Monthly Statements/valuations
