Support business users to understand and successful usage of Analytics content.
Provide overall support, administration, configuration, security, and maintenance for the Cognos environment.
Troubleshoot issues reported by business users when creating or executing exiting Cognos contenet. Escalate to vendor support defects and software related issues.
Modify and maintain Framework Manager models.
Produce reports and dashboards using Report Studio, Analysis Studio, and Dashboarding
Work with our IT Technical Services department and vendor support when Cognos related issues arises
