PERMIT LIAISON OFFICER
A Degree in Engineering or Management with minimum ten (10) years of experience in Oil/Gas Projects during EPC.
Must be fully aware of typical Permit requirements, Project execution and EPC processes for a major Project of this size.
Must be familiar with various techniques in achieving required documentation for Permit submissions, strong communication skills in English and Arabic allowing continuous follow-up with appropriate authorities.
Experience of similar scale Projects as Permit Control Officer is a must.
