Job Description
In order to attain excellent company performance and strong growth, we are looking for an Asphalt Plant Senior Engineer.
As an Asphalt Plant Senior Engineer, you will have the opportunity to direct and contribute to the concept, development, and design of complex components, subsystems, or processes while strengthening your analytical skills and mastery of engineering concepts. You will partner with and provide technical guidance to global teams. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of projects, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology, mentor and coach team members, and broaden your professional network.
You will also be responsible for promoting Safety, Health and Environmental policies, quality assurance and regulatory compliance programs required by management.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills Required:
- Previous experience of working in an asphalt plant in an operational and maintenance roles is required
- Excellent attitude towards health, safety and environmental rules and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays
- Thorough working knowledge of asphalt plant operation and its associated products, processes and related equipment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, conflict and problem resolution skills
- Ability to plan and manage effectively using motivation and team building skills
- Flexible to work long hours when needed
