JOB REQUIREMENT:-
• Ahlain C-Store POS & BOS System
• Manage & responsible for the entire system including trouble shooting and maintaining the system at the optimum level in ensuring smooth business operations and work closely with Software Vendor / Supplier
• Database Management for Ahlain C-Store POS & BOS System
• Manage, control and facilitate the Database for the system in order smooth business transaction and financial processing
• Caf Amazon & Other Business System
• Manage & responsible for the entire system including trouble shooting and maintaining the system at the optimum level in ensuring smooth business operations and work closely with Franchise Venture Principal
• Database Management for Caf Amazon & Other Business System
• Manage, control and facilitate the Database for the system in order smooth business transaction and financial processing
• Administrative and Support
• Analyze and monitor the entire IT system for the business in order operation run smoothly to maximize return thus generating higher revenue to SFS business. Develop and maintain database management to facilitate business if any
• Reports and Analysis
• Prepare monthly comprehensive IT Report, any related report and analyse in order to monitor and ensuring the business run smoothly with IT system stability
• Operational Excellence
• Monitor business compliance by planning and executing compliance exercise to meet OOMCO financial standards and requirements
• Contract Management
• Monitor new and existing contract / agreements with IT Vendor / Supplier by working closely with Legal Department and update clauses as per industry practice and current scenario requirements in order to protect OOMCO business interest
• Policies and Procedures
• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedures and control covering all areas of IT activities so that relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers
• 5. HSEQ
• In view of ISO certification, ensure all HSE policies, standards and guidelines are implemented and complied with, in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, environment and quality management procedures and control across the department and organization to ensure legislative compliance, employees safety as well as delivering high quality service
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: -
? Bachelor in IT / Computer Studies
EXPERIENCE: -
? 4 years of experience in Retail Chain Network or FMCG business preferably in retail business, c-store retailing and hypermarket
Skills: -
? Expert level in IT System (Hardware & Software for Retail Chain Network)
? Expert level in Microsoft Office & Presentation Skill
