One of the leading banks in Oman is currently looking for a Head - Collections & Recoveries to join their team.
Title: Head - Collections & Recoveries
Location: Muscat, Oman
Responsibilities
Overall Monitoring of Collections and Recovery Staff Officers
Review the overdue and non- performing accounts (NPA) branches list and plan monthly action
Ensure that ROP actions against overdue customers are initiated on time
Review Periodic MIS reports to key stakeholders
Ensure MIS reports are sent regularly to the Management on the ROP
Make monthly visits to overdue customer's position
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
Mandatory experience within banking or financial services sector
Minimum 6 years experience in Collections
Good understanding of banking processes & products
