Key Outputs:
- Responsible as Design Engineer for Commercial Kitchens, Laundry & Refrigeration & reporting to Dept head.
- Work in close coordination with Design, Estimation & Sales team.
- Responsible for pre-consulting sales & offer Design & Estimation support for projects.
- Support & coordinate with design & Estimation team & work closely on the assignments given by the Dept heads with timely function.
- To maintain documentation, records of previous project designs & manufacturer's technical library.
- To ensure updated reports in suitable form of soft / hard files / folders & Summary reports for dept head / division management review as and when required.
- Timely response to enquiries / tenders with appropriate design proposals for relevant sales to follow ups with customers for order conversion.
- Timely escalation to dept head in case of challenges to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper relevant sales & project records & control documentation with respect to Enquiries, Sales Quotations, tender proposals & Principal Price list.
- Ensure compliance to company policies & guarded with confidential documentation of the company & comply with procedures in the business process.
- Ensure harmonious working environment with-in the Department and maintain good professional relations with all staffs within the Department and other Department.
Qualifications Required:
• Diploma / Engineer
Skills/Knowledge:
• - Demonstrate experience in the relevant filed.
• - Demonstrate excellent technical & analytical skills in relevant field.
• - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• - Advanced user of ACAD, MS Office and exposure to Report writers.
• - Proficiency in understanding Autocad layouts & ERP systems
• - Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
• - Excellent team player.
Experience:
More than 5 years work experience in the relevant field.
