• Achievement of individual sales targets set by
the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Safeguard all administration associated with the
role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes.
• Take ownership of your customer's queries or
needs, dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion.
• Always look at things from the customer’s point
of view. Listen to customers’ needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with both customers and team in English & Arabic.
