• Develop and maintain sales pipeline.

• Coordinate ICT product development and with other departments and partners to identify opportunities

• grow existing customer contract base in line with the annual targets agreed. represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company
• achieve revenue and total contract value targets set
• Proactively assesses, clarify, and validate customer ICT needs on an ongoing basis in order to ensure they are provided with the level of support required.
• engage D2C senior management to have higher management peer level relationship with customer
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet customers’ expectations
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
