Job Title: Sales Assets Supervisor
Dept: Logistics
Reports directly to: Manager – Sales Assets
Job Purpose
This position supervises the management of the company sales assets, ensuring that the assets are properly utilized and regularly maintained. The role assists the Manager-Sales assets in the coordination of sales assets deployed at the retail stores
Main Tasks & Accountabilities
• Manage maintenance schedules for regular inspection and repairs of assets
• Maintain records and databases of all sales assets, including information on licenses, warranties, and service agreements
• Organize physical count of assets regularly to verify the accuracy of the inventory list
• Ensure all sales assets are assigned stock numbers, bar-coded and tagged as per organizational guidelines
• Report any discrepancy and illegal issues to the Manager
• Ensure procurement activity is undertaken to meet required delivery timetables
• Coordinate on delivery schedules
• Ensure that Receipt and Inspection reports accurately reflect the requisitioned items
• Make GRN for newly purchased sales assets
• Ensure that the returning assets have all the necessary documents
• Display coolers and freezers technical - mechanical knowledge.

Person Specification (Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience)
Education Level – Minimum Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• Proficiency with computers and industry-related software required
Professional Qualifications
• Certification in supply chain preferred
• Valid driver’s license
Work Experience
• At least 3-5 years assets management/Inventory control work experience
• Strong understanding of the Middle East markets
