Lead the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the services catalogue and maximise the return on technology investment.
Evaluate and assist in building business cases comparing technologies by providing technical inputs.
Lead the Development, test and implementation of technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes.
Review, interpret and respond to detailed market requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability.
Knowledge on Big data / AI / Block chain technologies / IOT / SDN & cyber security
Liaise with the management to identify key input for the development of the company’s product roadmap.
Prioritize projects internally based on business needs and company’s interest
Ensure appropriate margins and profitability levels are maintained in line with shareholder expectations
Identify cross functional commonalities between Commercial, Operations and Finance units and drive synergies within commercial; Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Partnerships
Ensure the team has adequate support from the different company units, to develop winning products with the right pricing strategy, JIT implementation to finally deliver the desired revenue targets
Manage and support the team in co-ordinating the implementation of products between the network and IT, Customer Service and suppliers to ensure a launch on time, in budget and to specifications
Working with large RFP/RFI/ RFQ and turnkey projects such as IOT enabled application / SDWAN / SAP / Oracle / DC Migration / DRaaS and BCP.
To provide appropriate telecom solution such as Internet, MPLS, Ethernet, IPLC & CDN along with cloud services
Development & delivery of marketing and products roadmap
Achievement of AOP revenue and profit targets
Budget management – 0 variance
Effective presales management and customer lifecycle management
Smart team management through clear KPIs, encouragement and disciplinary
