\[Principal Accountabilities
Deal screening, site visits, research, financial modeling, review of contracts, etc. to develop commercial term sheets on the basis of investment objectives of the fund and market requirements. Interact with other advisors such as legal, accounting, technical, etc. as may be required for the above. Financial modeling and due diligence for investment evaluation Preparation, co-ordination and follow up of Investment proposals for approvals Support in development of new relationships in the market to build deal pipeline Deal negotiation and closure of approved investments Implementing of investment strategy for the portfolio including valuations and hold/ sell decisions Assist in cultivation of relationship and communication with existing and prospective investors and the fund’s investment committee Maintain and develop external vendor/ partnering relationships to support investment management activities as required Conceptualisation of new products and supporting business development activities (new fund raising) Monitoring of investments of the fund Assist in development of investor communication on market outlook and fund strategy as required Ensures the maintenance of due records of all investment management activities in accordance with specified procedure
