Key Accountabilities:
• Analyze businesses, markets and industries independently and generate outputs.
• Identify clients’ objectives, analyze and understand the business of the clients and have at all times a good understanding of the business of the clients.
• Conduct due diligence, perform financial analysis and review financial models, as required.
• Conceptualise and develop innovative transaction structures keeping in view the clients’ objectives and market expectations and prepare commercial term sheets.
• Lead on end-to-end management of transactions and liaise with all parties involved in the transaction, as appropriate.
• Prepare transaction notes, meeting notes, strategy reports, information memoranda or prospectus and any other documents or reports as appropriate.
• Support the marketing and placement of the transaction, including the preparation of presentations and marketing materials, as appropriate.
• Draft or review, as appropriate, relevant transaction documentation and support negotiations with lawyers and other external third parties.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Interact with regulators (such as CBO, CMA, MSM) and other advisors (such as legal, accounting, technical, etc.).
• Support members of the team as appropriate.
• Support the needs of the Debt Solutions team as required.
