Purpose:
A part of the Product support team that manages division parts business of plant & construction equipment, material handling equipment, and other engineering products.
Key Outputs:
- Correspondence between customers and principals on technical and commercial matters for all franchise equipments
- To monitor market status and needs to acquire ne agencies that fulfills market requirements.
- Reviewing stock for placing stock orders
- Submission of quotations to customers and follow up for orders
- Organizing timely deliveries to customers
- Coordinating with Product Support to solve customer issues towards identification of spares
- Developing new customers
- ensure to serve key client
- Engage in a healthy relation with Ministries to identify new areas of supply
- Ensure achieving pre agreed targets
