Role Purpose
Assisting the Director in business planning for all Departments within the Division.
Assuming secondary responsibility for the P&L of the Division.
Achieving set objectives of sales turnover, gross margins and net profits for each business vertical.
General Administration of the Division.
Identifying market opportunities for each business vertical and estimating potential business volumes.
Understanding and complying with internal business process, regulations and documentary requirements of the company.
Monitoring sales plans set by individual Departments.
Maintaining relations with key customers across all business verticals.
Developing, motivating and managing the sales & support staff and guiding them, towards business goals.
Creating a market intelligence mechanism and maintaining a proper database on market information & competitors.
Improving and building on relations with business associates such as principals, vendors and suppliers.
