Track performance of the Sales division an on-going basis to ensure continuous improvement in sales effectiveness and playing a supervisory role in managing the team on daily basis.
Key Activities:-
- Play a major role in developing and implementing Performance Management targets and initiatives for Sales
- Participate in developing sales target for overall Direct Sales as well as for the different regions and outlets on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Play a major role to Identify performance measuring indicators to track the Direct/Indirect Sales Performance on regular basis.
- Follow up on the performance and achievements of Direct/Indirect Sales on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis against the targets.
- Play a major role to monitor the Direct Sales performance and profitability by customer base, region, outlet, and product.
- Playing a supervisory role in managing the Sales Performance Management team.
