Our client are an international leader in inspection services of technical equipment and products and they are currently looking for a Practice Lead - Industrial Security for their office in Oman.
You will be responsible for
- Lead the regional competency and delivery of engagements to achieve market share, CSAT, Sales and L-EBIT target for a specific region
- Develop solutions and proposals as required to support the sales teams for qualified
- Opportunities
- Lead engagements and monitor delivery of projects as per plan
- Build and mentor a team of practitioners in the region
- Build competency specific assets which can be shared with the team for reusability on
- projects to deliver better and predictable outcomes
- Building and managing an ecosystem of reliable partnerships (technology and services) for
- execution of projects
- Develops and implements strong governance & manages practitioners, client engineers, subcontractors, client team stakeholders
- Management of Operational Metrics
- Effective arbitration on client expectations for successful win-win outcomes
Core Competencies
- Ability to involve and influence the rest of client Business Streams to support key customer opportunities
- Experience in driving performance for multiple accounts/engagement with new sales within Industrial Security Competency Area
- Understands key business processes with focus on business outcomes; Focuses on growing client scope; develops client references; Collaborates with industry leaders, partners, solution/service leaders to expand client business footprint
- Understands the ICS domain, our portfolio and understands competitive landscape
- Integrator: Leverages partner technology; Aggregates the solution pieces into holistic business solution; possesses technology acumen to identify solution possibilities
- Strong planning and organisation skills
Key Requirements
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Industrial control security
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) OR Certified in Risk and
- Information Systems Control (CRISC)
- Proven track record in Consulting - OT & Industrial Cyber Security
- ISO 27001 - Lead Auditor (ISMS) Information Security Management System accreditation would be advantageous
