• You will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations for the division including business development, price quoting, installation, & service process.
• Responsible for development, implementation and attainment of an annual business plan
• Responsible for ensuring fullest customer satisfaction.
• Monitor smooth operation of new sales, installation, service sales, and service operation
• Generate and provide reports – sales & operations.
• Interaction with suppliers as required for order fulfillment
• Develops and fosters communication between all departments including effective problem resolution.
• Responsible for creating an environment of customer / employee satisfaction and delight.
• Manages corporate compliance, proper business practices and code of conduct.
