Progressive GE has partnered with a Global organization within the water treatment sector who is looking for a Senior Lab Technical for a short term (3 month extendable) mission in Oman.
- Job tittle: Senior Lab Technical
- Project: Waste water treatment plant
- Location: Oman
- Provided: Accommodation, transport to site, medical & VISA
- Contract length: Initially 3 months, could get extended
- Analyzing samples of streams, raw and treated wastewater, sludge, and other byproducts of wastewater treatment process to determine efficiency of plant processes and to ensure that plant effluent meets water pollution control requirements, using standard laboratory equipment as defined & required by the plant
- Conducting daily and periodic laboratory analyses (regulatory and contractual) related to the plant performance and operation characterization in compliance with Quality Assurance and Control procedures and in conformity with standards and methods in force
- Ensuring that the required analysis for process performance monitoring and the ones required by administrative authorities are performed well
- Follow-up procurement of lab equipment, glassware, reagents and other consumables
The suitable candidate should have experience in water treatment chemist (Preferably waste water) with biological background and a bachelors degree in chemistry .
