Summary of the Job Role:
To handle projects independently involving design, plan, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC&R System and other MEP Systems (centrifugal and air-cooled screw chillers, cooling towers with AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, Racks, etc.).
To Coordinate with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor for site works.
Key Outputs:
- To design, plan, supply install & commission HVAC&R Systems other MEP Systems (centrifugal and air-cooled screw chillers, cooling towers, AHUs and FCUs, VRVs, Racks, etc.).
- Review designs for correctness, plan of all supplies and site activities for effective utilization of resources, for timely completion and delivering committed profitability.
- Planning and ordering of all supplies.
- Planning of site activities for effective utilization of resources and for timely completion & execution of job with desired quality.
- To lead a team of Sr. Technicians, Technicians & Labours.
- Execution of job with safety and maintain HSSE requirements.
- Coordination with Client’s site representative as required.
