Summary of the Job Role:
To plan and execute complete preventive and breakdown services of chilled water type HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment (centrifugal and air-cooled screw chillers, cooling towers alongwith trouble shooting of air-side equipment)
To do pre-commissioning checks and start-up of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment.
To Coordinate with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor for site works.
Key Outputs:
- To plan and execute complete preventive and breakdown services of chilled water type HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment (centrifugal and air-cooled screw chillers, cooling towers alongwith trouble shooting of air-side equipment
- To do pre-commissioning checks and start-up HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment.
- Planning of site activities for effective utilization of resources and for timely completion.
- To lead a team of Sr. Technicians, Technicians & Labours.
- Execution of job with desired quality.
- Execution of job with safety and comply with HSSE requirements.
