· Reports to the Project Manager.
. Shall be responsible for preparing the Site Quality Plan, Quality Manual, QA/QC Inspection Procedures, Check List, Method Statements etc. as per the project requirement.
. Shall coordinate with the main contractor’s/MEP consultant for material and work inspections.
. Shall prepare and track all the QA/QC Inspections and closely monitor the NCRs and its closure.
. Shall prepare weekly progress report and submit it to the Project Manager.
. Shall act as an internal QC Inspector and resolve all quality system related issues internally prior to the consultant’s inspection.
. Shall supervise/perform and report internal quality audits and external quality audits of consultants, sub-contractors etc.
. Daily review of site progress with the site engineers to ensure that the installations are as per the latest drawings and prepare the consultant’s inspection schedule accordingly.
