Job Summary:
- Meeting & Exceeding expectation of customers by satisfying products & service requirements of the Industry

Key Outputs:
- Pre-tendering: Meeting key decision makers like consultants, contractors, architects, IDs & client to ensure products are specified, which can generate potential enquiries
- Tendering: Participate in prospective tenders by collecting enquiries, coordinate with the design team make & submit comprehensive quotations for projects.
- Contract Finalization: Follow-up, negotiation and finalization of quotations made and finalise contracts with customers
- Contract execution: End to end contract management including processing of contracts, product sourcing, coordinating product deliveries and liaising with the site execution team for completion of installation, testing, commissioning & project handover as per contractual terms.
- Payment Collection: As per company policy
- Project Pipeline & Market survey: Build a health project pipeline and submit regular reports regarding ongoing & future projects, competition activities, customer satisfaction and avenues for expansion and growth
- Organizational Requirements: Budget inputs for forecasting based on project pipelines, achieving set targets, adhering to corporate policies, code of ethics, quality policies and objectives and social commitments to train & develop local expertise
