Summary of the Job Role:
Designing / Shop drawing preparation of
HVAC&R System for Projects / Replacements.
Quantity tack-off and BOQ preparation of
HVAC&R System for Projects / Replacements.
Coordinated services drawing preparation.
Key Outputs:
To achieve KPI.
To do design HVAC&R Services of turnkey projects / replacements.
Heat load calculations.
Chilled water / Condenser water / Condensate water pipe sizing.
Refrigerant pipe sizing.
Duct Sizing.
Preparation of shop drawing.
Preparation of BOQ.
Preparation of coordinated drawing.
Preparation of MAS and other technical submissions.
Coordination with Sales department for equipment related details.
Coordination with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor for design
activities.
Knowledge on Chilled Water, VRV, DX, MEP System / Equipments.
Knowledge on Refrigeration Rack System.
Required
Diploma (3 years) with 7 - 10 years of experience.
