Identification and appointment of Dealership Sales Points for
promoting Avon Products / Products offered by the Cosmetics
Department of MHD
• Preparing action plans in order to achieve the targeted number of
dealers in the assigned territory
• Assigning the Target to the respective dealers understanding their
periphery of operations
• Imparting training to the dedicated sales team to improve their
competencies, giving on-the-job trainings by working with them
regularly on the shop floor
• Being responsible for activating all the assigned dealers in a given
campaign period
• Motivating the dealers network and the respective employees
within the dealers network and keeping them engaged and excited
all the time
• Being ready and getting prepared beforehand for the Campaign
Review Meetings and Quarterly Review Meetings with the division
primarily focusing on the Dealership performance. Making
Campaign Review Meetings and Quarterly Review Meetings with
Dealers on time, managing the collections and debt control and
coordination with the DFM to clear all finance aspects.
• Contribute to the creation of organization's strategic objectives,
plans and strategies.
Higher Secondary / College affiliation for Bachelors
Degree
- Min. 3 years of experience in Dealer channel
management
- Strong inter personal skills
- Good at problem solving, communication, analytical
understanding
