- Assists the Operation & Process and Maintenance Managers by supplying tools to pilot the maintenance according to the general maintenance strategies
- Organizes daily/weekly/monthly planning of all preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Implements the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Coordinates with the Managers to purchase all equipment needed to perform maintenance tasks
- Defines the maintenance working methods
- Puts in place the documentation management
- Assures the regulatory controls follow up
- Is responsible of the stores and keeps the information about all consumables/spare parts/equipment etc. updated in CMMS.
- Organizes and follows up maintenance interventions and external sub-contractor activities
- Ensures the application of a Safety Prevention Plan by external subcontractors and suppliers
- Is responsible of the workshop and its equipment, and assume the role of storekeeper
- Ensures proper supervisory coverage for all work performed on a regular and overtime basis
