An upstream oil and gas company is currently seeking an accountant with at least two years’ experience in an E&P company.
Job responsibilities;
- Ensure that invoices are paid in line with the contractual arrangements
- Set up vendors and post entries in the SUN and/or SAP accounting system
- Operate the online banking system
- Perform weekly and monthly finance reconciliations
- Serve as a backup for monthly payroll processing
- Provide data and analysis for audit reasons
- Prepare financial reports
- Involvement in tax reporting
- Assist in special finance related projects
- Be involved in accounting processes improvements
