  • Prepares and reviews Balance Sheet Schedules and Accounts.

  • Handles Principal Supplier Account.

  • Prepares monthly Accounts Receivable Reports.

  • Responsible in Vehicle and Marketing claims.

  • Performs month-end accounting activities such as:
    - Posting of accruals/amortizations/journal entries for assigned accounts.
    - Ensuring suspense accounts are cleared.
    - Balance sheet cleansing (Year-End Activity)

  • Reviews payment vouchers, petty cash reimbursements, supplier reconciliation & journal

  • entries.

  • Reviews expenditure for proper authorization.

  • Ensures Principal’s billed Extended Warranty, Reinstatement of EW and Over the Service

  • Counter (OSC) transactions have corresponding collection from customers and recorded in

  • appropriate account.

  • Responsible in the preparation of Monthly Reports.

  • Reviews the Weekly/Monthly Reports.

  • Verifies monthly commission calculations (vehicles, accessories, third-party & other comm).

  • Verifies IBB fund and re-earned fund for invoice submission and proper recording.

  • Handles the annual insurance renewal for the following: Property, Motor Trade (Internal &

  • Road Risk), Workmen's Compensation, Fidelity Guarantee & Money Insurances.

  • Assists in budget preparation for assigned accounts.

  • Assists in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.

  • Ensures stock-take - (vehicles: Quarterly) and Lifestyle (annual) is performed.

  • Handles Accountant duties when on leave/provide guidance to Accountants when needed.

  • Disseminates Principal invoices and SOA to concerned staff.

  • Reviews of memo, letter of award, etc. done by other Departments.

  • Reviews Showroom documents, Production Order Reports, Petty Cash Reimbursements,

  • Credit Notes, Refund forms, Land Transit Declaration, Stock-take report, etc.

  • Ensures timely payments of Automotive Operations for Manateq - Birkat Land.

  • Creates of SL accounts for new PDC & Credit customers.

  • Performs other tasks assigned by GM-Finance & Admin and/or Finance Manager.
