- Lead IT transformation for systems and hardware for the company.
- Manage ERP/CRM systems implementation
- Manage group data consolidation
- Manage reporting systems and business intelligence
- Establish and Manage Data Wearhouse
- Evaluate existing systems capabilities and requirements and put a plan with budgets and resources requirements to enable digitization of group IT and business streams
- Work with key business owners in collecting, analysing and planning their IT requirements
- Establish group IT policies and procedures, and SLAs
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers including RFI, RFP, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation.
