To manage assigned remedial loan exposures, being responsible for structuring, analyzing, resolving relationship concerns, workout solutions and to ensure maximum recoveries/remediation of Non-Performing Loans/Problematic customers with the objective to recover the exposure or upgrade the relationship into a non-classified status/minimize loss to the bank in line with the bank’s policies and recovery strategy.
- Effective & efficient assessment of NPL/Problematic exposures assigned & recommendation of corrective action (for SMEs and Corporate borrowers) under Islamic and Conventional portfolios.
- Exercise a complete due diligence of cases by seeking required information from the customers to set suitable strategy for each relationship.
- Liase with Legal Department to initiate required appropriate legal action on defaulting customers to safeguard the bank’s interest.
- Continuous monitoring of the portfolio by actively engaging in discussion/follow up with customers to seek opportunities for loan settlement.
