- Shareholder Reporting
Strategic Support pertaining to Valuations, Due Diligence, Business case for Acquisitions, New Branches Setup, Capital Allocations, Company Rating
Regulatory and CCG Ensure guidance and support for timely submission / conduct of Regulatory Returns, UAE Returns (E-forms), Kuwait returns, Tax returns, Disclosure (MSM), Annual General Meeting and Corporate Governance & Support BOD

اللوائح التنظيمية و ضمان التوجيه والدعم لتقديم / إجراء العوائد التنظيمية في الوقت المناسب ، والإقرارات الإماراتية (النماذج الإلكترونية) ، والإقرارات الكويتية ، والإقرارات الضريبية ، والإفصاح (سوق مسقط للأوراق المالية) ، والاجتماع العام السنوي وحوكمة الشركات ودعم مجلس الإدارة
