- Responsible of overseeing E-wallet operations
- Gathering functional & technical requirements for managing wallet creation, customer transactions, balance management and other key requirements to support customer transactions.
- Build an E-wallet based on the market needs.
- Work closely with key departments and decision makers to determine business objectives and strategy for delivery.
- Defining the product vision and features to cover.
- Build and maintain product development spirits.
- Write documentation for the product developers.
- Work with sales, marketing and customer experience to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Work with Compliance to make sure there are reporting features for compliance in different jurisdiction.
