Role Name: Costa Coffee Oman - Barista
Job Summary:
Our Baristas are responsible for serving our customers the best beverage and food, while maintaining service and brand standards.
Job Responsibilities:
· Deliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standards
· Produce & serve all drinks and food to brand standards & recipes
· Maintain stock levels/availability by replenishing display/fridges and rotating stock within company guidelines/planograms
· Maintain standards of Health, Safety & Cleanliness
· Upsell and demonstrate product knowledge by answering and suggesting to the customers to maximize sales
· Operate the till in line with brand training
· Maintain hygiene standards inside the store and patio area and regularly check that all areas are in compliance to company standards
· Complete all tasks required by the daily cleaning schedule
· Ensure all food & beverage items are delivered and displayed as per standard
