Key Activities:
- Supervises, monitors and coordinates the activities of MNE Contractors, FOC Projects and Special Projects
- Supervises/participates in Acceptance Test (Physical & Electrical/Optical)
- Analyses progress schedule performance and variances from the scope of work implemented
- Verifies and certifies as-built drawings and BOQ
- Recommends measures to improve project implementation
- Imparts on the job training to newly recruited staff in the team.
- Attends to Customer Services/Queries with regards to MNE implementation
- Monitors and prepares weekly and monthly report regarding Contractor’s performance and the job Progress.
- Supervises and monitors the cutover activities and updating TIMS records.
