Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison to the Director of Business Services in all Merger and Acquisition related activities
- Communicate to internal and external stakeholders on progress, issues, and impediments to on-boarding projects
- Understand project specific transaction KPI’s and other project management processes to accomplish objectives set by the team
- Identify and analyze mergers to provide reporting on potential corporate risk
- Act as a project manager for specific M&A’s while providing consistent updates to the Director
- Provide status updates to Senior Management with respect to changes in scope or cost of the project
- Analytically approach project management to provide accurate status reports to assist in any strategic decisions
- Understand the business at a high-level to assist in decision making similar, but not limited to, who to involve with projects and how all M&A activities affect business productivity
- Assist in education of project management best practices throughout the organization
